At Northwest Pool Covers, we understand each customer has unique needs and desires, and we work hard to assure a variety of webbing and color options for every need.

We use a specially formulated heavy-duty vinyl fabric webbing that utilizes an extruded coating process and closed polyester weave for superior product performance.

Heat Sealed Webbing vs. Sewn Webbing

In the heat sealed webbing process, the cover’s webbing is welded to the fabric around a polymer bead, avoiding wear and tear and providing UV protection as well. Sewn webbing is wrapped around the rope and then tightly sewn.
